Quando un libro ci colpisce (positivamente) non è infrequente che ci tenga svegli per continuare la lettura vincendo il sonno.
John Grisham, The Associate – A book that hit me in a very positive way. Sometimes I hoped that my long journey with the tube to and from the office last a little bit more in order to finish the chapter. Surely a Grisham at his top, in my opinion even better then the Partner, his first book.
Per quanto mi riguarda Il Ricatto di Grisham ha fatto ancora di più! Spesso arrivavo a sperare che il viaggio in metropolitana mattutino e serale per e dall’ufficio durasse un po’ di più per non interrompere la vicenda di un capitolo particolarmente coinvolgente. E capitava per tutti i capitoli! Indistintamente!
